触摸屏来料检验操作说明
Use the following instructions to inspect the touchscreen in all sizes. The 15.6 inch touchscreen is used as an example.
使用15.6英寸触摸屏为例检查說明 , 適用於所有尺寸的触摸屏.

Temperature: 20 ~ 30℃; Humidity: 60 ~ 70% RH; Luminous flux: 300~700 LM (LUX)
温度：20~30℃；湿度：60~70%RH；光通量：300~700流明（LUX）
Distance: 30~40CM; Angle: perpendicular to the panel, up, down, left, right, rotating 60 degrees.
检验距离：30~40CM；检验角度：垂直于面板,向上,下 , 左,右,转动60度

5. INSPECTION STEPS
测试步骤
5.1 DELIVERY CHECK
交货检查:
Receive the incoming delivery note. Look for the sealed samples and touchscreen specifications and check whether the supplied materials are consistent with the specifications.
收到来料送货单 , 寻找封样及规格书 ,核对来料与样品 ,规格书是否一致.
5.2 DIMENSIONS CHECK
尺寸检验:
Measure the length, width, and height using a caliper. Actual dimensionsmust match with theindicated specifications. The maximum allowable tolerance of the actual dimensions should only be ± 0.1.
尺寸检验：用卡尺测量长, 宽,高尺寸必须符合规格书参数要求，超出公差范围可进行实配确认,同一片玻璃厚溥差为±0.1.
5.3 APPEARANCE CHECK
外观检查:
Check if the touchscreen samples have the following issues and refer to the inspection form.
检查触摸屏样品是否有以下问题,并参考检查表

背胶检验:
5.4 BACK ADHESIVE INSPECTION
Check whether TP is pasted with adhesive. The thickness, viscosity, material, and process of adhesion should be consistent with the sample. If there is no physical sample, viscosity test should be conducted.
检验 Touchscreen是否贴有背胶, 背胶厚度, 粘性，材质、工艺需要与样品一致；
无实物样品的应进行粘性测试.
5.5 FIRMWARE VERSION
控制卡软件确认:
Use a 4-Pin to USB male cable to connect the FPC cable metal terminal connection control card to a computer. Open ILITEK TP Tools, select Console, and then check if the indicated Firmware Version is the current version used by the company.
Touchscreen端连接控制卡用4PIN转USB公头线连接到电脑，打开Ilitek TP Tool工具，点击Console,读取版本号，版本要与封样软件一致.

5.6 PERFORMANCE TEST
Touchscreen/Display/Motherboard/Touch Panel(TP) Control Board Connection Test
触摸屏/显示器/主板/触摸屏 (TP) 控制板连接测试
A. The platform uses an Android motherboard with firmware. Check that the voltage of the motherboard is measured at 3.3V when connected to the display and thecontrol panel board.
搭平台使用安卓主板带有固件,主板屏电压跳帽至3.3V,连接15.6寸显示屏, 屏线连接主板（下接）和显示屏.
B. Check that the FPC cable at the TP end is connected to the control card, and it needs to be connected in place. The cable cannot be inserted at an angle or inclined.
Touchscreen 端FPC排线连接控制卡,需连接到位,不可插偏, 倾斜.
C. Use a 10-Pin reverse cable to connect the control card and the main board with the metal side down. After all connections are completed, check whether there are incorrect connections. The components must not collide.
10 PIN反向线连接控制卡与主板端,下接金属面向下,所有接通完毕检查有无接错,
元器件不可碰撞,确认无误后接通电源开机.
D. Star Tool Pre-Aging Test for Touch 开始测试触摸
1. Install the test APK on the motherboard. 主板上安装测试APK
2. Open Star Tool, and then select Burn-In Test. 打开Startool点击老化测试选项
3. Select Test before burn-in. 点击老化前测试
4. Select Touch, select Start Test, and then enter the next item. 点击触摸开始测试进入下一项
5. Check whether the touch line is normal, no disconnection or jumping point. Place your 10 fingers on the touchscreen at the same time to confirm 10-point touch.
触摸划线正常，无断线、跳点，10指同时放在触摸屏上，确认是否为10点触摸.
E. Touch Wake Test 触摸唤醒测试
1. Select Settings→Display→Sleep→15 seconds.
打开Setting设置→点击Display→点击Sleep→选择15秒
2. After the screen is completely black, wait for about 10 seconds, and then touch the screen continuously.
待屏幕完全黑屏后等待10S左右
3. Check that the screen display is working normally.
连续点击屏幕显示正常
5.7 LABEL PACKAGE
标签包装:
After the test is completed, turn off the display, remove the control card and TP cable, and then place the parts carefully back into the package. Attach a qualified label, and then send it back to the warehouse. If a package has an issue, notify the supervisor.
取下控制卡,连接线,将Touchscreen放置箱子内. 貼上合格標籤,而後送到倉庫不良來料區分 , 通知主管.
5.8 SUBMIT REPORT
提交报告:
Log in to K3 system and fill in the incoming inspection report.
K3并填写来料检验报告。
