The thickness, viscosity, material, and process of adhesion should be consistent with the sample. If there is no physical sample, viscosity test should be conducted. 检验 Touchscreen是否贴有背胶, 背胶厚度, 粘性，材质、工艺需要与样品一致； 无实物样品的应进行粘性测试. 5.5 FIRMWARE VERSION 控制卡软件确认: Firmware Version Use a 4-Pin to USB male cable to connect the FPC cable metal terminal connection control card to a computer. Open ILITEK TP Tools , select Console , and then check if the indicated Firmware Version is the current version used by the company. Performance Test 性能测试: 5.6 PERFORMANCE TEST Touchscreen/Display/Motherboard/Touch Panel(TP) Control Board Connection Test 触摸屏/显示器/主板/触摸屏 (TP) 控制板连接测试 A. The platform uses an Android motherboard with firmware. Check that the voltage of the motherboard is measured at 3.3V when connected to the display and thecontrol panel board. 搭平台使用安卓主板带有固件,主板屏电压跳帽至3.3V,连接15.6寸显示屏, 屏线连接主板（下接）和显示屏. B. Check that the FPC cable at the TP end is connected to the control card, and it needs to be connected in place. The cable cannot be inserted at an angle or inclined. Touchscreen 端FPC排线连接控制卡,需连接到位,不可插偏, 倾斜. C. Use a 10-Pin reverse cable to connect the control card and the main board with the metal side down. After all connections are completed, check whether there are incorrect connections. The components must not collide. 10 PIN反向线连接控制卡与主板端,下接金属面向下,所有接通完毕检查有无接错, 元器件不可碰撞,确认无误后接通电源开机. D. Star Tool Pre-Aging Test for Touch 开始测试触摸 1. Install the test APK on the motherboard. 主板上安装测试APK 2. Open Star Tool , and then select Burn-In Test . 打开Startool点击老化测试选项 3. Select Test before burn-in . 点击老化前测试 4. Select Touch , select Start Test , and then enter the next item. 点击触摸开始测试进入下一项 5. Check whether the touch line is normal, no disconnection or jumping point. Place your 10 fingers on the touchscreen at the same time to confirm 10-point touch. 触摸划线正常，无断线、跳点，10指同时放在触摸屏上，确认是否为10点触摸. E. Touch Wake Test 触摸唤醒测试 1. Select Settings →Display →Sleep →15 seconds . 打开Setting设置→点击Display→点击Sleep→选择15秒 2. After the screen is completely black, wait for about 10 seconds, and then touch the screen continuously. 待屏幕完全黑屏后等待10S左右 3. Check that the screen display is working normally. 连续点击屏幕显示正常 Label Package 5.7 LABEL PACKAGE 标签包装: After the test is completed, turn off the display, remove the control card and TP cable, and then place the parts carefully back into the package. Attach a qualified label, and then send it back to the warehouse. If a package has an issue, notify the supervisor. 取下控制卡,连接线,将Touchscreen放置箱子内. 貼上合格標籤,而後送到倉庫不良來料區分 , 通知主管. 5.8 SUBMIT REPORT 提交报告: Submit Report Log in to K3 system and fill in the incoming inspection report. Glory Star will first troubleshoot the problem over phone or video to help resolve the issue. If Glory Star determines that a product or component has to be returned to the factory, it will instruct the customer how to remove the components from the product. PERFORMING PRE-INSTALLATION TASKS Before installing the device to the wall mount, perform the following tasks first: 1. Copy the serial number from back of the device. 2. Prepare a connected POE or 12V input cable. 3. Connect the panel’s relay to the building’s door strike or access control system. 4. Load the software and compatible firmware first to the device. The device software or firmware is updated using the micro USB port located at the back of the device. Once installed, you need to uninstall the device from the wall mount before you can update the software or firmware. MOUNTING THE DEVICE TO THE WALL To mount the device to the wall, follow these steps: 1. Place the wall mount on the wall and mark the six mounting holes. 2. Drill six 30 mm holes on the concrete wall, and insert an anchor into each hole. 3. Route the POE cable out of the wall mount. 4. Align the wall mount with the mounting holes. Secure the mount to the wall with screws. 5. Connect the POE cable to the Ethernet with POE port of the device. 6. Connect the other cables to the corresponding ports. 7. Place the Vega X unit into the wall mount. 8. Open the front cover, and then secure the unit with screws. 9. Close and secure the front cover. 10. Go to the Android Settings , and select a Wi-Fi connection .

Open ILITEK TP Tools , select Console , and then check if the indicated Firmware Version is the current version used by the company. Performance Test 性能测试: 5.6 PERFORMANCE TEST Touchscreen/Display/Motherboard/Touch Panel(TP) Control Board Connection Test 触摸屏/显示器/主板/触摸屏 (TP) 控制板连接测试 A. The platform uses an Android motherboard with firmware. Check that the voltage of the motherboard is measured at 3.3V when connected to the display and thecontrol panel board. 搭平台使用安卓主板带有固件,主板屏电压跳帽至3.3V,连接15.6寸显示屏, 屏线连接主板（下接）和显示屏. B. Check that the FPC cable at the TP end is connected to the control card, and it needs to be connected in place. The cable cannot be inserted at an angle or inclined. Touchscreen 端FPC排线连接控制卡,需连接到位,不可插偏, 倾斜. C. Use a 10-Pin reverse cable to connect the control card and the main board with the metal side down. After all connections are completed, check whether there are incorrect connections. The components must not collide. 10 PIN反向线连接控制卡与主板端,下接金属面向下,所有接通完毕检查有无接错, 元器件不可碰撞,确认无误后接通电源开机. D. Star Tool Pre-Aging Test for Touch 开始测试触摸 1. Install the test APK on the motherboard. 主板上安装测试APK 2. Open Star Tool , and then select Burn-In Test . 打开Startool点击老化测试选项 3. Select Test before burn-in . 点击老化前测试 4. Select Touch , select Start Test , and then enter the next item. 点击触摸开始测试进入下一项 5. Check whether the touch line is normal, no disconnection or jumping point. Place your 10 fingers on the touchscreen at the same time to confirm 10-point touch. 触摸划线正常，无断线、跳点，10指同时放在触摸屏上，确认是否为10点触摸. E. Touch Wake Test 触摸唤醒测试 1. Select Settings →Display →Sleep →15 seconds . 打开Setting设置→点击Display→点击Sleep→选择15秒 2. After the screen is completely black, wait for about 10 seconds, and then touch the screen continuously. 待屏幕完全黑屏后等待10S左右 3. Check that the screen display is working normally. 连续点击屏幕显示正常 Label Package 5.7 LABEL PACKAGE 标签包装: After the test is completed, turn off the display, remove the control card and TP cable, and then place the parts carefully back into the package. Attach a qualified label, and then send it back to the warehouse. If a package has an issue, notify the supervisor. ​ 取下控制卡,连接线,将Touchscreen放置箱子内. 貼上合格標籤,而後送到倉庫不良來料區分 , 通知主管. 5.8 SUBMIT REPORT 提交报告: Submit Report Log in to K3 system and fill in the incoming inspection report. K3并填写来料检验报告。
